Meet Our Team. (Left to right) Wini Roche Co-owner UPB Business development and marketing. Wini is a destination marketing specialist with an extensive background in Maryland sports tourism and special events. Mark Hemelt, Co-Owner & Tournament Director is an avid tournament 5.0 player and medaled in countless tournaments around the country. Mark is a PPA Certified Coach. When he isnt on the court, Mark works for a Baltimore manufacturer and extensive background in management. Jeff Sexton manages Tournament Operations, is our tech guru and ambassador of quan. Jeff is also a career firefighter and paramedic.
